WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We sincerely hope that you are happy with your purchase from Eden & Taylor, but if not, please just send us an email.

Please keep your receipt as this will be required for any returns. Eden & Taylor's happiness guarantee is valid for 1 month after your purchase as described in this document. During this guaranteed period, if you are not happy with the product, and the product has not been used or opened, then please send it back to us, with your receipt. The rights and benefits under this guarantee are additional to your statutory rights, which are not affected by this guarantee. Only Eden & Taylor has the right to change these terms. Eden & Taylor undertakes within the guarantee period to refund you the amount you paid provided that:

  • The product has not been used or opened; and

  • the product has not been altered in any way or subjected to damage, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration.

The rights under this happiness guarantee shall only apply to the original purchaser and shall not extend to commercial or communal use.”

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

At present we do not offer gift cards, but, if you would like to purchase something as a gift for someone and have it shipped directly to them please do let us know and we would be more than happy to help!

If you happen to see us at any of the various shows that we head out to throughout the year, we accept cash or card.
